How do I find the right product for me? |

There are two ways to find the right product for you.

| a) |
Use the navigation tool bar to the left of the screen to
select a product category to suit your needs, such as ‘boxes’, ‘home movers
kits’, ‘archive boxes’ or ‘bubble wrap’

| b) |
Use the search button at the top of the screen – enter the
type of product you are looking for, such as ‘storage boxes’ or ‘bubble wrap’.
Click on the ‘go’ button and view the product range that matches your chosen
criteria.

How do I order?

Once you have found the right product or products, simply update your chosen
quantity in the ‘quantity required’ box and select ‘add to basket’. This will
automatically take you to your virtual ‘shopping basket’.

How do I add more than one item to my shopping
basket?
|

From the shopping basket, you can then choose another product by the same two
methods in question 1 above (How do I find the right product for me?). Either
type in a keyword in the ‘search’ box or use the left hand navigation tool bar
to select the right category for you. Once you have chosen your second product,
simply select the quantity and ‘add to basket’ as before.

What happens if I select the wrong product?

Within the shopping basket there is an option to delete each individual product.
Simply click on the delete button. Then choose and select the correct product
to add to the basket.

How do I pay? |

Payments are accepted by a variety of major credit and debit cards, including
Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro. Follow the instructions in the payment
screen, once you have selected your delivery date and provided your personal
details.
Unfortunately cheques or cash cannot be accepted through the website.

What personal details are required? |

Simply Boxes only need to know your name, home address, delivery address if
different and an email address to confirm your order. A telephone number helps,
in case of a need to contact you more urgently than waiting for an email
response.

What will happen to my personal details? |

Simply Boxes may contact you in the future of any special offers on our website.
We will not forward your details onto any other third party. If you would
prefer not to be contacted by ourselves in the future, simply do not select the
tick box giving permission for us to contact you. If at anytime you wish to
come off our mailing list, simply email us as
unsubscribe@simply-boxes.co.uk.

When will the products be delivered?

At Simply Boxes, we give you the opportunity to request a delivery option which
suits your lifestyle. The options include a next day delivery, next day morning
delivery and a Saturday delivery. Orders placed before 12 noon can be delivered
the next working day.

How will the products be delivered? |
| A |
Simply Boxes usually deliver products by courier. An email will be sent to you
to confirm your order has been despatched. Please ensure that you are at the
delivery address to receive it. A signature will be required to prove the
product has been delivered.

Is it possible to deliver abroad? |

Unfortunately at the moment delivery is limited to mainland UK only.

Can I collect my order?

All orders can be collected. To collect an order simply choose the delivery
option "collection" and leave your contact details so that a collection time
can be arranged

What happens if the products are damaged on
arrival? |

Please inspect your order as soon as possible. If goods are damaged, please
contact us, email sales@simply-boxes.co.uk and clearly state the problem. We
will endeavour to sort out any problems as soon as possible.
